1. Privacy Protection may come to gather information of a private nature from its visitors, particularly during the registration process.
This data is voluntarily disclosed by the user of MeedicAll.
The user has been notified and accepts this (free registration for example)
It is therefore appropriate for each person to do the necessary to protect their privacy.

We take great care to protect the privacy of our members and we will not disclose, share or ever sell their information to anyone.

However, it belongs to each member to communicate to other members personal information that, when shared, will in no way be prejudicial to them.

The member is aware that with the current state of technology, data protection is not fully guaranteed during transmission over the Internet and especially with emails.
The member needs to ensure him/herself that the data being transmitted over the Internet is secured and avoids transmitting confidential data.

2. Personal Data

We take great care to protect your personal data and gather the bare minimum for’s operational purposes.

You authorize to collect, process and use personal data who’s usage is for the proper functioning of the service provided.

You are solely responsible for the information supplied at registration and certify that the data is accurate.

Our only goal when collecting this data is to provide you with a safe, easy, efficient and honest service.

The processing of personal data implemented via the Website is in accordance with article No. 78-17 of 6th January 1978 as provided under french law “Informatique & Libertés” and particularly the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés)

Every website user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning themselves in accordance with the articles as provided under french law “Informatique & Libertés” of 6th January 1978 and amended in 2004.

To exercise this right it suffices to make the request by contacting MeedicAll via the contact form provided for this very purpose.

3. Subscribe to

Upon registration each candidate must provide a name or an alias, a valid e-mail, password, and their medical or healthcare profession.

This data is personal and confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone so as to avoid the risk of identity theft. reserves the right to verify the veracity of the data supplied especially relating to the profession practised.

As a member you agree to not use the name, username, password or personal information of another member without their knowledge or to share these knowingly.

In case of violation of one or more of these terms may, without notice, terminate your subscription.

4.  Cookies

Like other Internet service providers uses cookies.

A cookie is a text file stored on the computer’s hard disk either temporarily, until closure of the web browser or for a more prolonged period.

Cookies are there to make available to the website’s users a personalized offer and to also make the usage of MeedicAll easier.
For example identifying the member when returning to the site.

You can usually refuse the insertion of cookies by selecting the appropriate option in your browser settings.

If this is the case may not function at its best.

5.  E-Mails

As a member of you can receive e-mails:

  • during your free or fee paying registration
  • during a change of subscription

You can also receive e-mails informing you:

  • of new posts in your mailbox
  • of virtual gifts received on your profile

You can disable these notifications on your profile, under “my settings”

You can receive timely e-mails regarding:

  • new services offered by
  • our partners’ offers
  • our newsletter

If you no longer wish for these emails, an unsubscribe link is present at the bottom of each email.
